Check official company record ↗Website, FAQ and Portal summaries are informational. Applicable controlled Transaction Documents and the Official Note Register govern subscriptions, Notes, rights, obligations and registered positions.
Read Website Terms →Protected areas use mandatory multi-factor authentication, role-based access, private document storage, audit trails and automatic inactivity sign-out.
Open Security Center →Service, privacy, security and other complaints have documented contact routes. External regulator or ombudsman routes depend on the facts, jurisdiction and applicable regulatory perimeter.
Open Regulatory & Complaints →Clear separation between the Issuer, Investor, Distribution Partner, Escrow / Paying Agent and Official Note Register reduces ambiguity about who may receive funds, change instructions or evidence legal rights.
Completes controlled onboarding and KYC, acknowledges applicable documents and uses only authorised funding instructions.
May support relationship, introduction and permitted communications. It may not receive investor funds, request secret credentials or amend binding Transaction Documents.
GLOBAL TRADE INVEST LIMITED issues the Notes under the applicable controlled Transaction Documents and operates the Programme administration.
Performs only the limited receipt, holding, release, return and payment functions assigned in the applicable documents. It is not a guarantor, investment adviser or portfolio manager.

This diagram is a public summary. The specific allocation of roles, payment mechanics, rights and obligations is governed exclusively by the applicable controlled Transaction Documents.
The process is separated into distinct admission, documentation, funding and register controls. No single sales interaction, Portal screen or payment event replaces the controlling Transaction Documents and records.
Access to controlled onboarding arises only after private introduction or admission. Visiting the public website alone does not create eligibility to subscribe.
An admitted prospective investor receives a personal activation invitation, sets a password and completes mandatory multi-factor authentication. Ordinary sign-in is for already activated accounts.
Identity, authority, beneficial ownership and risk-based PEP, sanctions, Source-of-Funds and Source-of-Wealth matters are reviewed.
Applicable Transaction Documents are delivered in controlled form and electronically acknowledged. Public website summaries do not replace those documents.
Authorised payment instructions are provided only after clearance. Funding details should be taken only from the protected Portal or another verified authorised channel.
Incoming funds are reconciled against investor, reference, amount and Series/Lot allocation. Unmatched or unclear payments do not automatically proceed to Note issuance.
Following an effective subscription, the Note is created with its Series, Lot, Issue Date, Principal and Units. The controlling records govern the legal position.
The Official Note Register is the controlling ownership record. Certificates, Portal displays and blockchain proofs support evidence and traceability but do not replace the register entry.
Accrual, documents, communications, profile changes, redemptions and later servicing events are administered through controlled workflows and auditable records.
A prospective investor becomes an investor only after the applicable conditions are satisfied and the subscription is validly processed. Funding alone does not create an additional or different Note position.
